ABSC Announces Senior Leadership Changes

ABSC announces changes to the Senior Leadership team who will assume the role of driving success of ABSC’s mission, vision, and values. The following leadership changes fortify ABSC’s corporate commitment to provide the best workplace for employees and the best service offerings to customers: 

  • Anthony Sutera assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer. As ABSC’s EVP of Strategic Growth since 2018, he has led and implemented new strategic development initiatives that have positioned the company for long-term and healthy success. He brings nearly 15 years of industry expertise in P&L leadership, program management and business development gained from his experience leading successful DoD and IC support organizations at multiple Fortune 100 businesses.

  • Rebecca Fiorito is now Executive VP, Human Capital. Rebecca has been with ABSC since its inception in the early 2000s and her passion for employees has never been stronger. In this new role, Rebecca will implement innovative and effective approaches to enhance the company’s culture and the connectedness of the company                                            

  • Mike Mattson is now Executive VP for Growth and Strategy. Mike has been with ABSC since 2018 and brings over 13 years of experience in business development, capture management, and strategic growth. Mike will lead strategic growth efforts to expand and diversify the business lines, including new technology-enabled-service initiatives that leverage Big Data Analytics, Cloud Services, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to enhance our service offerings.
