NTIS Joint Venture Partnership (JVP) Program Announcement

May 9, 2021

ABSC is proud to announce that we have been selected by the Department of Commerce to enter a unique and powerful Joint Venture Partnership Program with the National Technical Information Service (NTIS). NTIS is an agency within the Department of Commerce chartered to help federal agencies find new and innovative ways of using data to solve problems. Through our partnership with NTIS, ABSC will afford various federal agencies the opportunity to gain timely, supported, and necessary access to our innovative technology and expertise in data science and IT modernization.

ABSC will collaborate with NTIS to deliver our Technology Enabled Solutions (TES), powered by Syntasa, to federal agencies to maximize under-utilized and under-analyzed data sources to significantly improve data-driven decisions. Another key offering of our TES is access to, and expertise of, the incredible power of Google Cloud Services. As an Authorized Google Cloud Partner, ABSC will coordinate with NTIS to empower federal agencies to achieve their cloud migration and modernization objectives.

Anthony Sutera, ABSC COO, commented, “[u]sing our cloud-agnostic platform, advanced AI/ML algorithms, and interoperable open-source technologies, ABSC will deliver leading-edge Behavioral Analytics and Sentiment Analysis technology that rapidly orchestrates, composes, analyzes and manages large-scale data that exponentially improves decision-making for federal agencies. In an era where our Federal Government is challenged not by the amount of available data, but rather by insufficient tools to timely and relevantly action that data, we are excited to partner with NTIS and deliver our scalable solution that will ‘Achieve Operational Excellence through Data-Driven Solutions’.”

“This is a great opportunity to further enable our Federal Government in harnessing the true potential of their data. Leveraging open-source technologies and our key partnerships with globally-acclaimed cloud services, like Google Cloud, our solutions seamlessly integrate with enterprise big data analytics ecosystems and provide easy-to-use analytics applications to significantly reduce time-to-value,” said Mike Mattson, ABSC EVP of Growth & Strategy. “The commencement of our partnership with NTIS signifies another milestone achievement in our strategic plan to expand our Technology Enabled Solutions and federate our innovative technology in response to our Nation’s ever-increasing need to sustain information dominance.”

Within the next two quarters, ABSC expects to further expand and improve upon its TES offerings, including becoming an Authorized Amazon Web Services and Marketplace Partner, attaining CMMI certification, and initiating multiple TES projects for federal agency and Intelligence Community customers.
